FMO Survey Results
Friday, September 10th, 2010
Between 14 June and 31 August 2010 Forced Migration Online conducted a survey to help to determine who uses FMO and for what purposes. We received a terrific response, with almost 200 individual replies submitted and the feedback generally very positive.
We are very grateful to all who participated in the survey. Your comments and suggestions will help us improve FMO and better address user needs.
A summary of the results is available now available on Forced Migration Online.
Prize Draw
Congratulations to Eman Nahhas of Israel, the winner of the user survey prize draw. Eman won a bundle of six books on forced migration issues. Two runners up, Lian Yong from Cambodia and Aspasia Papageorgiou from Greece, were each awarded a copy of “Deterritorialized youth: Sahrawi and Afghan refugees at the margins of the Middle East” (Chatty, D. 2010).
